Programs Directed	ㆍ2008-Present MOT(Management of Technology) Program for Hyundai-Kia Motor Company, co-founded with KOTEF (Korea Industrial Technology Foundation), 16-week MOT courses for R&D managers. ㆍ2002-2007 POSCO Management program, 2-year MS program customized for POSCO managers, summer executive programs were co-organized and held at UW Business School during 2004-2006 ㆍ1998 Samsung Group IT Planning Program, three 1-week sessions for the IT managers of Samsung Group, directed a program for planning and implementing IT strategies ㆍ1995-1997 Management education program for Samsung Electronics, co-directed with Prof. R.C. Leachman of UC Berkeley, 6-month on-site training program for semiconductor line managers including 1-week program at UC Berkeley
